Offering a full range of services from conceptual design to construction documents, field verification of existing conditions and redrawing your existing documents to a CAD format.

What We Do

• Chicago Drafting, Inc. can provide detailed construction documents for architectural and structural disciplines.
• Develop shop fabrication and erection drawings for structural steel projects and all miscellaneous metal projects.
• Visit your job site and field verify existing conditions and create as built drawings or documentation for demolition.
• Space allocation and rental plans.
• Process & piping drawings including iso's, piping plans & detail drawings
• Electrical drawings for low voltage alarms & communications
• Transform your old drawing files to a CAD format.

Deliverables

All work professionally completed in an electronic media

Structural modeling package (Advance Steel) that will extract all shop drawings, Bill of Material & NC files

Advance Steel has been certified by FABTROL for its ability to exchange data using the KISS file format.
